Raise the job
Vehicle details, filter serial number and photos of the filter as it came off, straight from the phone in your bay.
For OEM workshops, dealers & fleets in India
DPF-Hub is the app your workshop uses to raise a filter job, choose a cleaning centre, watch every stage as it happens, and download the QC report before the DPF goes back on the vehicle.
Cleaning centres running across India, from Chandigarh to Kochi.
Of a new filter's cost avoided by cleaning the original back to spec.
Typical turnaround from pickup to delivery, visible hour by hour in the app.
The problem
Calls, forwarded photos, a register at the counter, and one person who remembers where everything is. Then that person takes a day off.
Four calls, no record, and a customer standing at the counter.
Every filter has an ID, an owner, a stage and a timestamp. Anyone on your team can answer the customer.
How it works
This is the actual path a filter takes through DPF-Hub, using the same stage names you see in the app so nobody has to translate.
Vehicle details, filter serial number and photos of the filter as it came off, straight from the phone in your bay.
Our team checks the job, confirms it's cleanable and approves it. You get a job ID you can quote to the customer.
Pick the cleaning centre you want from the network. Logistics is booked and the pickup is logged against your job.
Cleaning, testing and quality check. Each stage is updated by centre staff and time-stamped in your job history.
Download the QC report and post-cleaning photos, confirm delivery, and the ticket closes with a full record behind it.
Who it's for
Workshops, fleets and cleaning centres see the same job, each from their own side of it, with their own permissions.
Your service advisor can answer "where is my DPF?" without calling anyone. Every job carries the vehicle, the serial number and the photos that back up what you charged for.
Run twenty filters through the network at once and still know which truck is waiting on which one. Plan maintenance around real turnaround times instead of guesses.
Incoming jobs arrive already filled in. Your staff log in with their own credentials, take a job through its stages, and the workshop sees it happen.
What you get back
A cleaned filter looks a lot like a dirty one from the outside. Everything below exists so you can show a customer, an OEM or an auditor exactly what happened.
Every DPF that enters the network gets its own ID and keeps its full history, including the last time you cleaned it.
Upload the filter's condition when you raise the job, and get post-cleaning images back before you accept delivery.
Quality-checked results attached to the job, ready to forward to the customer or file against the warranty claim.
Your staff, our staff and the cleaning centre each see what they should and nothing more. Approvals stay with the people who own them.
Daily volume, turnaround time and centre-wise performance: the reporting that tells you whether the process is actually working.
Your GSTIN and business details sit on the account, so paperwork comes out right the first time.
Inside a cleaning centre
Every centre on the network runs Carbon Clean DPF cleaning systems. Measured, repeatable processes, not a pressure washer in the corner of a shed.
The filter is clamped in line and cleaned with timed pressure pulses, with a DPF pressure gauge on the panel so the technician can watch the filter start breathing again.
Heavily loaded and larger round monoliths go in vertically for a heated fluid cycle, reaching ash the air side of the process can't shift on its own.
A sealed cabinet with its own pressure vessel running clean, fine-clean and dry cycles under temperature control, with a counter that logs every filter it processes.
The network
Seventeen DPF Cleaning Centres across India, so a filter from your bay reaches a line, gets processed and comes back, without crossing the country to do it.
Don't see your city? Raise the job anyway. We'll route it to the nearest centre and the app will show you exactly where it went.
OEM service centres, authorised dealer workshops, independent garages and fleet operators handling BS6 diesel vehicles. You register in the app with your business and GST details, and our team approves the account before your first job goes through.
Most jobs move from pickup to delivery in about two working days, depending on your city and how loaded the filter is. The app shows the stage in real time, so you always have a date to give the customer rather than an estimate.
Yes. Once your job is approved and you've chosen a centre, logistics is arranged and the pickup is logged against the job. You'll see it move into "In logistics" in the app.
Cracked substrates, melted cells and physical damage can't be cleaned back to spec. If the quality check finds that, you get told with photos and a report rather than a filter that quietly fails again in a month.
That depends on the OEM's own policy for the vehicle in question, so check with them. What DPF-Hub gives you is the documentation side of it: serial number, condition photos and a quality-check report attached to a job ID you can produce later.
Your GSTIN sits on your workshop profile from registration onward, so billing details carry through the job instead of being re-typed each time.
Both. DPF-Hub is on Google Play for Android and on the App Store for iPhone, and the same account works across either one.

Download the app, register your workshop, and put the next filter that comes off a vehicle into the system instead of into a corner.
